1. Policy Analysis & Advocacy

  • Actively advocate for policies within the media and information industry to foster women's empowerment and gender equality. We do this through:
    ● Partnerships with civil society, media and government
    ● Policy guidance to craft gender-sensitive policies in the media
    ● Advocacy for implementation of gender policies to ensure progress towards gender equality
    ● Coordinating sexual harassment interventions by stakeholders

2. Capacity building & Mentorship

  • Establish mentorship and leadership programs to support and empower women at different stages of their careers in the media industry. Conduct capacity building workshops on gender equality, empowerment, and combating gender-based violence within the media industry.

3. Support for women in media

We are dedicated to the empowerment of women and their continued advancement in the media industry.
